Terms of Use
Last updated: 28 October 2026 · Türkçe
1. The service
Peerxfer is a free service that helps two people transfer files and folders directly between their browsers. Files are not stored on our server and our server cannot see file contents. The service is provided by Peerxfer; contact: contact@peerxfer.com.
2. Acceptance and full responsibility is yours
By using the service you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. You are fully responsible for your use of the service: for the content and lawfulness of the files and folders you share, for having the right to share them, for whom you give the link and password to, for the safety of files you receive (viruses, malware, etc.) and for how you use them. Anyone who knows the link and password can receive the file; share them only with people you trust, preferably through separate channels.
3. Prohibited use
You may not use the service to:
- share child sexual abuse material or any other unlawful content,
- share content that infringes copyright or other rights of others without authorization,
- distribute malware (viruses, ransomware, etc.),
- unlawfully share other people’s personal data, or to harass, threaten or defraud,
- overload the service with automated tools, exceed its limits, guess passwords or try to bypass its security.
4. Content control
Because files do not pass through our server, we cannot see or screen content in advance. When we receive an abuse report we may close the session concerned and block the link; if legally required we may share the limited data we hold with competent authorities. See the abuse reporting page.
5. No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or work on every network; on some networks a direct connection may not be possible. Data integrity is verified during transfer, but you are responsible for keeping backups of your files.
6. Limitation of liability and release
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peerxfer and the people who operate it accept no liability for any direct or indirect damage, loss of profit or claim arising from the use of or inability to use the service, from files and content shared between users, from loss, corruption or interception of data, or from the actions of third parties. You agree to hold Peerxfer and its operator harmless from third-party claims arising from your use of the service and not to bring a claim for compensation or otherwise against them because of such a claim. Liability that cannot be limited by law (intent, gross negligence and mandatory provisions) remains unaffected.
7. Restriction of access and changes
We may restrict or block use that violates these terms or harms the service without prior notice. We may change or discontinue the service and these terms; the current terms are always on this page.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Turkish law. Mandatory consumer rights of users in their country of residence remain unaffected. For personal data, see the Privacy Policy.
